Steps are :
1.Go to splitkart app, download & signup.
2.Then go to snapdeal eGV deal and click on order
3.It will go to your transaction tab.
4. Go to transaction from menu and there invite your friends.
5. Once your friends and you make the payment , you receive the eGV from snapdeal worth of 500 within 1-4 hrs.
6. You will receive CB within 1-3 days.
You can buy one eGV per user. Cashback i guess also only once. Not sure. Will wait till monday.
Assume you participate with 6-7 friends then each will get 60rs cashback.
Here is what i did.
Placed an order with 4 participant yesterday and today received CB.
Yesterday one friend asked me to be participant in his order. Waiting for CB till monday.
