Get your refund from payumoney. Grab screenshots of both the igp listing and xoxo’s own listing for their gv. I had checked earlier and in both places the description mentioned was the same as following…

“XOXO Voucher is an umbrella gift voucher which is valid on more than 250 brand gift vouchers”

No point wasting your time with xoxo. Go straight to payumoney and get your money back asap.

If you are lazy enough to not document those details after doing the transaction, I have a suggestion. Use a screen recorder so you can have some proof and record later on.

They might stop replying to emails… Had a bad experience when mobikwik 10% cb was on… It took 15days to resolve… That’s why I skipped this time…
