Feeling sad for the dimers . I did mention about confirming with IGP whether this giftxoxo voucher is the normal 500Rs voucher. Did anyone contact IGP on the same day you placed the order and got a reply from them about the vouchers? If you got then put it in here. It will help in the fight. If I wasnt busy at the time of the deal, I would have bought so many vouchers. Guys first try to get normal giftxoxo vouchers. Go for refund only if they are not willing to give them.

Get your refund from payumoney. Grab screenshots of both the igp listing and xoxo’s own listing for their gv. I had checked earlier and in both places the description mentioned was the same as following…

“XOXO Voucher is an umbrella gift voucher which is valid on more than 250 brand gift vouchers”

No point wasting your time with xoxo. Go straight to payumoney and get your money back asap.

They could have atleast repeat the store names multiple times, like that vlcc,levis to make the total numbers 250 . Moral of the story – When 250 people come under one umbrella, about 230 to 240 people vanish into thin air .
