20 days back, I ordered from paytm, and the seller  send the wrong product. That time I came to know that they dont have CC no. You need to write them in mail and after 4 days I got reply when I wrote in mail that I will go to consumer court. Reverse was arranged but till date my money not reverted back. seems I need to write them again. luckily it was small amount and I can live without that.
just sharing my experience with paytm. They are worst than tradus…

True. Customer care response is very slow. Dont invest more than 500 rs.

Admin/Mod should change the figures on Front Page, the max cash back is 400 only.

instead 500 on 1000, they should change it to 400 on 800.

so fake products ? if cancel order refund ll be full r it ll be paytm cash ? did any get cash back last time ? aft reading comments better to cancel order
