Friends, i paid with freecharge go master card. The order was cancelled, bit i didn’t receive any refund.

I called their customer car, they said that refund has been processed and will be credited in next 2-3 days. It has been 10 days, but no refund.

Have any one here faced similar issue?

Yes, i am with similar issue. paid 159 with freecharge go master card, called them many times, but every time same response, u will receive in 3-8days,also refund mail is not received yet for purchase made on 17 January. very disappointed 😞 😈

I forgot to use the 250 code just now checked it expired on 31 Jan…any advice if i can get a new code from shoppers stop?

Ask them to issue a new GV
They will provide you a new GV

but at least they have to send mail also about refund processed.

I placed 3 orders, 2 with FC go master card, and one with axis debit card.
I only received cancellation and refund processed mail for axis transaction, and got refund in 3 days.
But for rest 2 orders, no email confirmation for refund processed, but CC said that it has been already processed.
So i guess we’ll just have to wait for a few more days to confirm this.

edit :Guys, i got my refund just now for purchase made on 17 January in fc go master card 💳 ☺

freecharge takes time to refund money in freecharge go card i have placed an order of 1000 and they refundeed in 15-20 days
