i got around 600 rs. recharge but then a recharge failed and lost 50rs. Don’t want to spend rs. 50 again

Why no FPD yet?? Can admin explain criteria for fpd ? 10%,20% off deals becomes fpd in no time ,but this 100% off deal is ignored…… Strange

i too recharged for 6-7 times and thise were succes but after 2pm my 2 recharges got failed and 120Rs got struck

Mine too same error with Rs 100 got stuck since last evening. I have not even tried to multi-recharge. Just installed the app and tried for the first time with Rs 100 DTH recharge. Have raised the ticket, yet to get refund/response form the citrus cs.

Just read comments and their replies in playstore. They hve replied that all refunds for failed transactions will be done within 24 hours. One more thing to notice are they following a loop hole technique for transactions getting failed frequently. Making two to three transactions successful then failing all further. Unless I get my 150 refund back I’m not proceeding further.
