yes it is still working with dc/cc and till 15th july. but today i was unable to do any recharge. After proceeding with debit card, the page again redirecting to citrus instead of payment page. still 5 a/c left virgin

Citrus cube really SUCKS. I tried to use my refund amt to recharge but again transaction failed and money deducted. So again I had to raise a ticket which will be responded after 24hours then wait for another 24 to 48 hours for refund. WTF. Plz don’t use this crap and save ur hard earned money.

Ya but the point is they r not allowing to use wallet balance to make successful transaction. Order gets failed and money gets deducted and again wait for 24 to 48 hours for refund. Then same cycle continues. Shit app

2 days but didnt got cashback for a succesful recharge through wallet ,, still waiting

any bdy can conform about loot is still on or not ??

Raise a ticket from where ??? my recharge transaction failed and its more than 5 days but still waiting for money as citrus cash…

Bhai 5 din pehle kiya tha citrus cash se 5thtime mai trnx successful hua pr cash back nhi aaya….
So don’t use cash only use dc/cc but keep in mind failure rate is very high that’s why i skipped my other numbers

Yes its working but only with credit and debit cards..done first transaction today and got cash back instantly..
