As much as I dislike such tricks on principle, I dislike it more when I see dimers waste their time in trying to utilize a trick only to discover that the trick has been blocked because of open disclosure by people like him. Moreover, he should not be allowed to do self-promotion via sly methods that I have already mentioned in the quoted posts. Don’t try to put words in my mouth. I don’t have any issues with posting deals openly and I never said that. It’s when people like him try to make a quick buck by even posting tricks openly that I make it an issue!

1) Tricks should NOT be posted publicly, but should be shared privately so they continue to work. I must have messaged the Mobikwik cashback information to a few hundred users (perhaps almost a thousand) via PM just to ensure the same. If you can’t take the pains to PM, you can at least use an obfuscation method like the one used by @happy2prog.

2) Self-promotion for financial gains via your username and DP.
