They mentioned Cashback offers in different products but forgot to implement the cashback to accounts as per different deals.

Yesterday I was talking to one of executives after a complaint raised on Twitter.
Initially he called me and said they are unable to see any such cashback offers in their system and told me to forward snapshots of the products which I bought along with cashback offer mentioned in it.
I mailed him within a minute.Again after 30mins the same person called me qnd started saying that there was no such offer according to thwir database.So I said its ok then I will cancel the order now.He apologised me and said no other option left you can cancel it.

Again after 30mins,he again called me and sqid he had a talk with his management regarding the same issue and explained the same.
So they saw that the cashback mechanism was not added up for those products and was not credited instantly.

So after full checking of their CRM Tool, he said we will credit the cashback amount by tomorrow morning.
And then I said that now I have cancelled the product, so why now?
He said we’ll stoo that cancellation process and it will be delivered to you and also the cashback amount.

I agreed to him.

Today Morning i received the cashback amount in my fc wallet.And product will be delivered by tomorrow hopefully.

anybody have screenshot after 11pm? they refused me and asking me proof now. my order placed after 11 pm.
he says there was no such offers

now they denying for CB…saying offer was not active at the moment I placed order. I sent SS to them but they are denying for CB. Pathetic service by SD.
