True screen on time is around 2.5 hours of continous usage thats it
If you use mobile data, it will get over within 1.5 hours
Anyways good backup phone
I am getting one more phone today but not going to use it. If anybody interested from Bangalore and can pickup from my house along with flip cover at no extra cost please let me know through PM, else I will cancel order in 30 mts time.

LOL.. now you can throw this phone in the dustbin… I had clearly informed not to update the phone to Lolipop…
There is no internal memory to install apps….
Now go to the service center, stand in queues and beg the Spice officials to roll back to Kitkat..

…
…instead of throwing 2800rs in dustbin, just root the set, make a ext partition and install LINK2SD….
Anyone ordered extra from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai?
I need one.

Lol root your phone and install recovery. Format your memory card via recovery and create ext3 partition to 4gb or more and rest of the space for memory card, install ext3 internal to external zip or link2sd and you just upgraded your internal memory to external memory card. Now is it worth it? Haha
Any one has an extra mobile?? (preferrably Hyderabad and will pay in cash, asking again since all mobiles are being shipped.)

This will void your warranty
I dont recommend this as its like literally throwing 2800 in to dustbin if something foes wrong with the handset
Simple suggestion is reset the phone after upgrading to lollipop, update only necessary google apps n stock apps, you will have around 1.3-1.5gb space free
if you install asphalt 8 it will install app data to sd card and app of around 100mb to internal storage
but small apps get installed to internal storage only

who told you this.. !! :O
THERE IS NO NEED OF ROOTING THE PHONE AND NO NEED OF THROWING IT IN THE DUSTBIN TOO.
In simple terms, its an Android One phone with lower space and ram, so you should not expect your phone to work magically to give you high performance.
Its just that keep your apps lesser and try using Greenify to hibernate apps.
I have been using Android one for the more than 6 months :
Few suggestions
1. Install FB Lite not the FB or Messenger ( FB lite serves the purpose of both )
2. Install Greenify to hibernate your apps so you will have more ram available.
3. Use move to SD card feature and keep moving your apps to SD Card
4. Install All in One tool manager for easy access of cleaning cache and moving the apps to SD Card
5. You can use DU battery saver ( if you want ) I dont use it – Greenify does it all.

Crazy… after 5.1 it gave an update for 5.1.1 freaking awesome
After updating let us know for any bugs or any type of problem and also check if these 2 call recording apps works perfectly with or without doing any customizations in settings in “Automatic call recorder” , “Total recall” on Lollipop or not ?
Why installing 3rd party apps for call recording when there is a built-in option??
Don’t all Android phones have that option? Or am I missing something??

These features are not available in vanilla android phones.

Seriously dude? I guess that’s why people say Android one phones are for first time smart phone buyers.
I just don’t want to explain further anymore.
anybody ordered extra
I need one in New Mumbai

Yeah? for a 2800rs phone how many apps n games you wanna install really?
Is 1.3GB space for internal storage and 32GB of External storage not sufficient for you?
You will get 30+ apps and 10+ games including hign end games. Anyone need more than that?
Yeah.. i would need 100 of them when i buy a phone worth 20k more
Btw this is not a game changer or a high performance mobile, so this should suffice mostly, then what’s the need of rooting?
I am an Android developer, for most part i root because for imported highend phones most of the features are locked like hotspot and there’s a lot of bloat on them
I dont wanna waste even 1000 simply for something i am never gonna use it really even though i can invest 30000 to buy a new phone

You need stock recovery backup even though you flashed the stock rom so to flash the stock recovery later
Even then to flash roms, you need to unlock the bootloader
Once unlocked, its done. You will never ever able to claim warranty
Although there’s a way for HTC mobiles to relock it with Security – OFF but not for every other manufacturer
on the website it is showing OOS. in the mobile app price is 3999. been trying to buy this. can anybody tell if it’s possible to get at 2800? pls help
