Ordered 21 books from the same account. Received 18, 2 cancelled with wallet balance of 400. One book still stuck in confirmed status.

Although OP was only interested in wallet balance, this has been the best deal for book lovers. This makes the 15 books I bought from Amazon at 70% off last month look like a lousy deal in comparison!

Comon guys don’t try to fool all customers it won’t work with every one ,it is not a technical glitch or price error.l know
how price errors occur and how they are dealt with,you would have labelled those books out of stock if your website
engineers failed to rectify prices,but the books continued to be available for rs59 for 2days its a deliberate move clear
stock.some People have received their books even today.
Don’t know how you selected customers on a random basis to deliver or cancel,as far as my info goes (based on an online
forum Desidime),on average most successful shipments occurred in metros and as far as second and third tier cities are
concerned orders that were shipped with AWB were made to return back for cancelation. So pls pls don’t try to fool every
one saying price error,let’s leave this price error here and come back to the current issue which is free credit to wallet.
I know that you WS retail provided rs200,but that is for one order OD30117178174456450 what about remaining 13 orders
You have to understand one thing here,I am asking because several people got rs200 for each cancelled order one guy
received
rs1600 for cancellation of 8 orders(8×200) this evening,(You do check with WS retail to confirm)at the same time there are
several customers who haven’t got any thing back but just got their orders cancelled that’s it,some didn’t even got a
cancellation SMS or mail.
If WS retail is giving free wallet credit in the name of gratitude/goodwill /inconvenience or whatever you like to call,it
should be given to all customers whose orders are cancelled, not to some randomly selected people or it would have been
much better if your in-house retailer wouldn’t have give any of this free wallet credit to to any one at all.No one would
have complained(at least people like me wouldn’t). Problem arise when you differentiate people and make some of them
feel like losers,I think I am loosing the issue at hand kno here,any way coming back to the issue:

We have not cancelled all your orders first 8 cancelled by us remaining 7 cancelled by you.
2)Me:I am not an idiot to cancel even a single book which I am getting for just rs59 whose cost is 2-4k(one even nearly
8k)in market.

3)Me:See I already told you there is no reason for me to cancel any order.May be I have an answer for that.Some guys told

Comon guys don’t try to fool all customers it won’t work with every one ,it is not a technical glitch or price error.l know
how price errors occur and how they are dealt with,you would have labelled those books out of stock if your website
engineers failed to rectify prices,but the books continued to be available for rs59 for 2days its a deliberate move clear
stock.some People have received their books even today.
Don’t know how you selected customers on a random basis to deliver or cancel,as far as my info goes (based on an online
forum Desidime),on average most successful shipments occurred in metros and as far as second and third tier cities are
concerned orders that were shipped with AWB were made to return back for cancelation. So pls pls don’t try to fool every
one saying price error,let’s leave this price error here and come back to the current issue which is free credit to wallet.
I know that you WS retail provided rs200,but that is for one order OD30117178174456450 what about remaining 13 orders
You have to understand one thing here,I am asking because several people got rs200 for each cancelled order one guy
received
rs1600 for cancellation of 8 orders(8×200) this evening,(You do check with WS retail to confirm)at the same time there are
several customers who haven’t got any thing back but just got their orders cancelled that’s it,some didn’t even got a
cancellation SMS or mail.
If WS retail is giving free wallet credit in the name of gratitude/goodwill /inconvenience or whatever you like to call,it
should be given to all customers whose orders are cancelled, not to some randomly selected people or it would have been
much better if your in-house retailer wouldn’t have give any of this free wallet credit to to any one at all.No one would
have complained(at least people like me wouldn’t). Problem arise when you differentiate people and make some of them
feel like losers,I think I am loosing the issue at hand kno here,any way coming back to the issue:

Dear flipkart,
You deliberately cancelled all 15 of my orders without giving any valid reason.
When I found some of my friends who placed order for books one day after me getting them(at least some of them)
delivered successfully
I called your CC and talked to Mr.Tousish,asking him to clarify about
1)Me:Why all my orders got cancelled when others are getting them?Is it some kind of lottery flipkart is running these
days?
CC:No it is not like lottery,it is due to non availability of books etc. etc. technical reasons.
We have not cancelled all your orders first 8 cancelled by us remaining 7 cancelled by you.
2)Me:I am not an idiot to cancel even a single book which I am getting for just rs59 whose cost is 2-4k(one even nearly
8k)in market.
CC:But here it is showing that you cancelled some orders
3)Me:See I already told you there is no reason for me to cancel any order.May be I have an answer for that.Some guys told
be on an online forum(Desidime to be precise) that If 5 or more orders gets canceled either by you or customer from an
account,that account gets blacklisted or red flagged and and all remaining orders will get cancelled automatically.Does such
this happens with flipkart?
CC:No,no blacklisting,we don’t blacklist it could be a technical issue.
Me:May be such thing do exit.coz some people are getting affected.It might be a bug in your website on orders page.
