i bought facetune and nova launcher…planning to buy more

its a new marketing game plan. This way they know that the user has the playstore linked with their bank accounts/credit cards so that he/she can buy in-app items.

Call ur banks c care and ask them to activate ur cards international transaction.I was also facing the same issue.

Worlds biggest company never accept ur cheap atm cards for their process. Change to international card . They hav their own geth. Not lik ur cheap bank cards

Its a wrong way of grab the money. Simply debited Rs. 50.0 in the name of ‘Google Service’ apart from selling amount Rs. 10.0 .

Welcome to the world of international online transaction. It’s just a authorization charge on your card, would be automatically reversed.

Bought Poweramp through Idea career billing, they charged Rs 11.6.

The best way to bypass the card failure issue is to add a Google Play card to your account. App cost gets deducted from the value of the card.

Most of the cards sold in India are not international , so change your way of speaking “CHEAP” .
Every online transaction in India in majority is paid via these visa debit cards.

I am not sure what is the row on international cards. I have used Axis and ICICI. Both worked flawlessly.
