I tried using SBI Card and my money got deducted but did not get the bill paid ..

the mail i send them bounced back .. any idea how I can get my money back.

50% cashback Offer Details –
Current running offer on payzapp is 50% cashback when you recharge you mobile no from payzapp app from HDFC bank. You should be account holder of HDFC bank to get cashback.

50% cashback Offer T&C –
No extra term and conditions are there.
Only you should be HDFC card holder to get the benefits.
Other wise you will not get 50% cashback.
You will be still able to recharge and use payzapp device if you are not HDFC card holder.
Maximum cashback can be Rs 150.
Cashback will credit before 31st Sept 2015
Offer valid till 31st Aug 2015.

No. For August month, I just loaded money into my Payzapp Wallet through my HDFC Debit Card and Recharged It.

But for October Month, they mentioned in their T&C to Link your Retail Credit/Debit HDFC Cards.
