No I haven’t done any transaction on Giftxoxo. I just added the amount in Mobikwik wallet.

Applied coupon on the website while adding money but didn’t get the cashback.

applied coupon, on app, made payment, money got deducted on my card and app threw an error, now my wallet balance is not showing up. Logged a ticket.

same payment done wallet not updated… so 😢

While manually trying to claim CB, it is giving errors as failure.

When you were buying the giftxoxo voucher, did you see the message that xxx amount of CB will be credited in your Mobikwik account? I didn’t get any message so I doubt they will give us Cashback.
