Just now I have got the balance n cash back. did transaction around 12pm. raised ticket n tweeted..

I did the transaction at 1pm. Rs. 500 got deducted but neither the balance nor the cashback got added. I raised the ticket and after 4 hours money got added with the 100 cashback.

Wasn’t able to redeem in the morning.
Used WED500 and got cashback instantly.
If you failed in the morning, try now.

One payment was successful and another failed at the very end of the entire process, but money was debited from the account.

Guess it’s time for MobiKwik ticket.

Same thing money got deducted no transaction id
not in history

finally took the risk.. transferred 500—> received 600/-
recharged ..
transferred 500 back to Bank account. Net Earnings 80/-

@getready @riya95 Transcation ID to kisi ke paas bhi na hoga. Simply ticket raise kiya ki Rs. 500 cut gaya. Ab aisa karo ki 600 jaldi se add kar do…..

@bhaskar12345678127 Brother I also tweeted..but got no reply untill I got the balance. I think they would reply you when money will be added to your wallet.

And yes i was correct ended up in raising a ticket

Simply ask them to cancel previous transaction, deduct wallet balance and refund to bank
and you will do the transaction again with promo code

I added 500 just now on app and immediately got 100 cashback….smooth….transaction went through like malai

Seems server is up now…got my 100 quickly after adding 500.

I have tried more than 50 times but payment not processing.

Transaction Failed.
Money Deducted but wallet was not updated.
filed a ticket.
got cash back and amount in 5 mins.
