when i start making accounts,i use a way that ebay dnt asks for verification of mobile number everytime but on every 10th id i make,

means if i make 60ids,it will verify 6 numbers,

and i use same 6 numbers everytime,as after 3-4 days,it allows new ids to be verified with same numbers with which it was previously verified

It should not be repeated!

I guess it means that the payment was stopped halfway and was not credited to shopclues account and therefore you will get a refund on that transaction.
