Had ordered a wallet from seller hawai shop. He has sent wrong colour . Product is of very poor quality and not even a single credit card fits .
on what basis do they design these? Even road side vendor’s wallets are better than this

yes, you just need to click on the return button on your order. have returned multiple products from paytm after getting cashback

usually for me refund was processed once the item reached the vendor. keep that reverse pickup receipt that the courier guy gives you.
at times paytm takes a long time to refund in which cases they request for a scan copy.
