BTW, it’s 2 recharges per phone number (from any account). And 2 recharges per account.

I’m currently fighting with nodal officer.I lost 350 for extra 5MB usage…I already had data monitoring apps(in phone & PC) I sent all relevant screenshots…still they are denying

done recharge through debit card recd one cash back and wallet balance is showing correct in the sms recd but on the website its not there

in the email recd its showing as updated wallet balance

I think u r using airtel…i too faced the same pblm 15days back

In site, it shows recharge successful, i even got confirmation mail, But never actually got the recharge. Now after about 15 minutes, i got the cashback too..

over now time is past 8 pm

Well, i just checked balance & there is no change..its been like half hour now…!

on PC platform showing error. then done through mobile browser & successful. waiting for cash back.
those who are getting recharge sucess & recharge not done please raise tkt with paytm more than one time(as some time they are sending mail that problem resolved but not actually).

No cashback on two accounts even after 1hr

Is paytm playing games??

my 3 × 50 bill payment to airtel is updated as successful, however, have never received it since 18 Sep.. have sent more than 50 emails (not spam), posted on g+, fb & twitter…

neither response nor recharge till time..

Any other way to get them awake, please?
