bro PAYTMBSNL is for web only….

In web BSNL option is not coming. So “PAYTMBSNL” can no more work.
On app BSNL is there. “NEWLINE” code is working on app. thanks

Raised a complaint for refund as paytm service is not working..Let see what they have to say..

I don’t think it shows paid on the site when I paid through SBI netbanking directly. Maybe call BSNL cc or go to the exchange and ask them about it after 4-5 days.

having the same issue, paid on 7th, contacted paytm they told me "Thanks for contacting us. We reviewed this with bsnl landline and they have confirmed that mobile number XXXXXXXXXX has been successfully bill payment with INRxxx " – don’t know why they quoted my bsnl account number as mobile number, they also gave me a reference number.
will wait for 2-3 days and then contact BSNL,

Same issue. Paid on 6th but payment not reflecting on Bsnl portal. Tweeted and got same crap from Paytm that recharge was successful and was given a Ref# which I already have. I too will wait for 2-3 days and then contact paytm/bsnl.

All those who are worried about payments not reflecting on Portal please chill out. I paid my BSNL mobile bill through Paytm on 30 Jan, although it never reflected paid on the portal but when I got a new bill on 7th Feb, the previous bill was shown paid.
