I checked bill amount through Landline by simply dial 1500 and I found that my bill is paid…

So all dimers who said that their bill payment not reflected request you to check by dialing 1500…hope this helps most of dimers.

So can I take the risk and pay via Paytm? Have 2k bill to pay. I honestly don’t trust either Paytm or BSNL.

Its your call. I paid on 6th and it showed as paid, on the portal, today.

I don’t know if its because paytm did something from their end after tweeting back and forth for 4 days and finally agreeing to have their team check again after telling them that the ref# given by them was untraceable by BSNL or if BSNL took its own sweet time to update the payment from their end or its a combo of both.

My previous payments from Freecharge showed up on the portal within 3-4 working days. If there is any Freecharge offer even for 50 CB I would suggest you pay via Freecharge just to avoid the current stress and loss of time/money from Paytm. You will end up losing 50 at the most if you don’t pay via paytm but will gain a thousand fold for having avoided the uncertainty.

Anybody… Can i pay bsnl broadband bill n which option to select there is no bsnl broadband option.

Bsnl broadband implies you have a bsnl landline and the bill that you get is for landine+broadband. Pay the landline bill.

I will not suggest to pay via paytm especially after the trouble I gone through…
After so many tweets for few days at-last they paid the bill today after 9 days.
BSNL payment is in initial stage and thus until they fix these issues I will pay through BSNL portal only..

Why not pay via FreeCharge? My payments for Dec from FreeCharge got updated in the portal within 3-4 days. I am thinking of doing the same.

I Paid on 6th and still nothing. All I got from Paytm care is the ref# and them asking me to contact BSNL. As it is even when payment is done from BSNL official portal, the BSNL billing dept is usually clueless and now asking them to trace payment done via 3rd party site like paytm will be a nightmare.

Same happened with me as well bro. I paid my landline bill on the 7th of Feb. Till now it hasn’t been updated in BSNL portal. I contacted paytm twice regarding this. Only response I get from them is the reference num saying that the transaction is successful. But due date for my bill is 26th. Not sure how long is this going to take.
I paid landline bill using freecharge last 3 months and all it took was 3 days at max for the payments to be updated in BSNL.
Not sure what to do now

i have paid my BSNL landline bill 7 days back thro’ paytm but still it is not received by BSNLand i have written paytm customer care, no luck, now i have raised refund claim because due date is nearing. my suggestion: do not pay BSNL bills thro’ paytm.

@deathlord Contact Paytmcare on Twitter and tell them that the ref# they gave is untraceable by BSNL and ask them to take care of it.

Just now received a mail from paytm that BSNL did not receive the payment. So Paytm refunded the money (deducting the 100 cashback). Going to make the payment through freecharge. Paytm – Never again.

BSNL LANDLINE payment option now removed from PayTM

It has been over 7 days after paid the BSNL bill via paytm but still says payment due in BSNL Portal..Raised the complaint and still no update..

Bill payment failed and I did not evem get a msg from paytm..now showing bsnl bill payment out of stock

paytm refunded the amount, cash back is left in wallet, can transfer only the remaining amount to bank,

they literally hoarded our money all these days,

I paid Rs 1460 for my bill but paytm refunded just Rs 1360 now. Why have they cut Rs 100.

Its confirmed those who paid this month bsnl payment via paytm check ur wallet they r refunding money i checked now they have credited back n those who missed this offer don’t woorry instead be HAAPY..
