paytm cash and 50% off on recharges

Tried adding 1488 to get 60 CB. Successfully paid at the bank website. But, for the first time ever, I got the following error on an add money transaction:

“CANCELLED. REFUNDED TO BANK”

Anybody else face this problem?

Hi I have also tried and got the same error. Please try to login to the other registered mobile and add money, it worked for me.

Never mind. Just saw the Paytm SMS that says something like this: transaction failed because my wallet limit would have been broken if it were successful.

Add money but not showind in wallet

i added 1000 *2 in my wallet. order got succesful with promo code success as well but money is not getting added in wallet. balance shows 0. in the order section it just says order accepted . but there’s a green success stamp on it. anyine else facing this issue as well ?? i think paytm is playing game here they will cancel the order after 48 hours and refund ur money so they will eat interst on it.

don’t worry, nothing is going to happen…I loaded money 2 days back, same happen to me, money added 4 hours later…I think now money adds take some time, it is not instant like before….

contact paytm on twitter with order id, they will add money instantly ..

Cool down, Nothing gonna happen with your money..wait for some time, they will automatically add the money to your wallet. what interest they will earn for 2k amount..

Took a couple of hours before my recharges showed up too. Generally it gets updated instantly.

2 times transaction failed ,,now it says only valid for 2 times ..

Same happened with me. money deducted from bank and not showing in my wallet too.
