I bought 2 hp pen drive
I bought 02 x HP 16 GB pen drive and applied 40% off coupon. But I received only one instead of two pen drive with bill. Packing was fine, so I spoke with seller mentioned on bill. He after giving assurance once stopped picking phone up. I complained with Paytm care email. No resolution till date received, also no cash back after about month.
Paytm is cheat, beware.
if there are so many negative reviews about a website i don’t think this should be even promoted at all no offence to OP , i mean he should be credited but this should not be on FP
if we don’t accept any listing of ebay from seller having less than 50 feedback due to safety and trust issues , then a website whose CC doesn’t even respond shouldn’t be promoted as well..
from the replies i am reading it looks even shopclues is much better than this site..
plus the paytm rating of 98.5 % is mixed with paytm shop at the top of the thread, which would cause more confusion to the unaware buyer…

After this post which is FPD everyone buy from paytm which is shocking.
I got scammed as well (Bought something on behalf of my friend). But luckily i had video proof. It still took them 15 days to solve the issue.
Worthless site. My opinion is that they did this knowingly. And the scams happened to mostly those who bought memory cards and pen drives.

I too received only one Bluetooth against two, CC taking too much time, moreover product return procedure also not reliable. But products are genuine, even prices are hyped you may get at very good difference. How and why they are doing, I can’t understand. VU & S with risk.

i ordered 3 shirts during 40% off period, worst of worst experience, snail spaced shipping, NO proper customer care, just write mail mail n mails to resolve., they hardly bother to reply where as supplier avoids ur calls, i feel thy r purposefully ship lesser quantity, i ordered 3 shirts got only 2, where as bill ws for 3!!, one shirt was of worst quality, i asked for refund, seller offered another shirt of higher qulity(linen), for which return pick up took another 7 days to happen. i till waiting for that returned shirt.

At least the sellers of Paytm are sending original products unlike Fakeclues.
But if Paytm continues like this, the sellers will start exploiting the loopholes & Paytm will be another Fakeclues or Fradus.
The dumbos should at least start a helpline to listen to the customers. 
Though I have 2 successful transactions with them, will request each & every dimer (or whoever is reading this thread) to stop dealing with Paytm until & unless they resolve these issues.

atleast 4 diffrent orders from diffrent sellers where cancelled under this sale, without any reason
so PAYTM got all this money locked up in their paytm cash

i personally purchased a micromax mobile for 2180rs, whcih was cancelled and i never got a email regarding it.
After 4 days when i chkecked the order status, it was cancled by seller and the balance put in to PAYTM cash
now i ahve no clue what kind of recharge i can do for 2180rs

I recently took advantage of the flat50, and bought a digital thermometer, pack of 6 bath mats & a coaster/table mat set all for about Rs.300.
Ordered on 23rd and received them today morning.
Everything is exactly as displayed, quality standards & working!
Now I’m waiting for shipment to be updated on paytm so I can see about that cashback.
But up until now, I’m very pleased with their service!
