Paytm app for Windows Phone is only available in .Xap format(encrypted). Encrypted(& signed) apps cant be run in the emulator. Universal apps (.Appx) (surprisingly)are nt encrypted as of now. Meaning they can be decompiled & repackaged as a new project in the emulator – bingo!
By the time the Paytm app is made available in .appx form they might very well hv fixed the encryption loophole as well.
