I think you need to update the App. Once you have updated the app, then if you will scroll towards right, on the top you will find Tabs for different categories of shopping (Viz Electronics, Clothing etc etc).

Apart from that on top right hand corner of screen you can see Paytm Logo with 3 horizontal lines. Click over it and a dropdown menu listing all categories will appear. Select the desired category and there you go.

You can use paytm.com website or, their iOS/Android/Windows App for making Mobile Recharge/Bill Payments to Utility Services / Shopping.

Yes paytm is best, you can buy any number of item of any price
Total must be greater than 300
