yeah I also think so.. but in 2 of my account I received referral option even though these were very new accounts 7-8 days old

i dint check new accounts
peppertap rolls out the codes in a contained manner so its done from their side only
there is NO WAY TO GENERATE YOUR OWN REFERRAL CODE
