LYF Flame 3/4/5/6 @2,999
https://www.mylyf.com/flame-smartphones-coll...on
Enjoy Unlimited 4G Data/Calls for 3 months.
I am using JIO 4G from past 3 months. speed is awesome.
dont buy, all these cheap phones are having poor battery backup. no mobiles of 2999 have more than 1600-1700 mah batteries, which hardly last for 4-6 hours if you use 3G…

How is Wind 4, or Flame 2, Which one to choose out of these.
If you are buying the phone to use as primary device, stick to Wind 4. if you just need it for hotspot, Flame 2 .
flame 2 has 1500 mah battery while flame 6 which is 500 cheaper has 1750 mah battery.
can I know the reason for preferring flame 2 over flame 3/6 which come with more battery at cheaper prices
Flame 6 got 512mb Ram & 4gb rom While Flame 2 got 1gb ram & 8gb rom
does that help any way in hotspot?
also it has 1.0 ghz processor while the other two have 1.5 ghz
It depends on your preference.
And in this range those processor cores are just numbers nothing else.

how you bought bro ?? and u know how can buy right now online at 2999 ??
I received Invite Code Mail and i purchased it by visiting Reliance Digital Store.
You will have to register interest @ http://ji...m/ and once you get a invite code you can walk in to any local digital store in your area and buy the phone with which you will get Jio RIM Activated with 3 Months Free Unlimited 4G Data, Voice and SMS. And lastly you can’t buy it online, if you still buy online you will not get SIM with the phone.
Now they are providing unlimited offer Jio sim without invite at Reliance Digital stores. I too had invite but when i went to buy LYF mobile, they said invite is not needed & activated my sim with unlimited offer without my invite itself.

People consider it as a modem which is plugged all the time. Don’t treat it as a phone, just think that it is a modem with a display. Issue solved. After 3 months, use it just as an mp3 player

The 90 Days offer is as follows :
Data: 75GB
Voice: 4500 mins
SMS: 9000
Don’t misguide others, if you get invite code its truly unlimited i.e. 4G Data, Voice and SMS for 3 Months.
Some people are saying unlimited plan doesn’t require an invite & some are saying it does require an invite
Confusing
Invite not required. I bought it without invite & unlimited offer is working fine.
Anybody bought flame 6 for 3k? Also anyone from Jaipur using jio

Go to any of the Reliance Digital or Reliance Digital Xpress/Xpress Mini stores near your place and ask for LYF handsets with Jio sim. They will provide you at the prices mentioned in the Jio website. If they quote old price, just inform them of the change in the price & ask them to check in Jio website. NO invite required. Call them & find out if they have the model which you are interested in before visiting the store. You can get the contact numbers in the below link,

Yes buddy. I am using. Bought Wind 4 which is the only piece I liked with value for money. LTE is available almost everywhere no matter whether u r in Chandigarh, Panchkula or SAS Nagar (Mohali). Speed varies from 30-58 Mbps depending on location and time. Used around 200GB until now. But the problem is incmoing call from some operators are not working and caller gets invalid number message. So there are interconnectivity issues but you can make call to anyone. It is crystal clear.

Check the reviews on Amazon. They are very bad. Also Wind 6 price was reduced recently. I checked it in showroom and found it to be the worst among wind series. It should have been in the flame series.

Few confusion people have…
1. How to get sim?
1st of all you do not need any invitation to buy Jio sim if you buying the Lyf phone you automatically will get a Sim with it.
2. Is it unlimited?
Yes it is unlimited. And not 75gb. That 75gb offer is for Retailers not customers. Customers will get truly unlimited for 90 days from the date of activation.
3. What happens after 90 days?
Well after 90 days you will get plan options to recharge with which could be anywhere between Rs 100 for 10gb to Rs 100 for 1gb or most likely Jio will continue to offer the unlimited scheme.
Jio still in beta mode and they have a target of 10 crore customer base before launching their services commercially so launch is still far away.
4. Reason to buy non-expensive Lyf phone?
Well simple if you check out any Lyf phone from Rs 2999 to Rs 19999 all phones are highly expensive with very less features and it’s hard to imagine anyone will actually continue to use those phones in longer run cos those phones are not worth and only reason people buying it cos they bundling it with 90 days unlimited data. So I suggest not to invest too much money on it specially when we don’t really know what they will offer in future. For me Flame 2 is perfect bet as even after 90 days if you want can easily sell it off for 1500-2000 bucks.
But of course its totally upto an individuals decision he/she can buy higer priced model too according to their needs.
My take : Lyf phone cannot be the primary phone so use it as secondary phone and make use of the hotspot feature and connect multiple devices.
Jio is sitting on huge inventory and sales are very weak that’s the reason of price cut and of course the offer of unlimited to lure people to buy their shit phones.
PS: Even I purchased Lyf Flame 2

Instead call all the reliance digital stores near your house and ask if they have Water 5 model and if it is available, tell them that you will purchase immediately. Even if they don’t have stock, some will say that they will try to get it from other stores & will ask you to come after 1 or 2 days.
Otherwise go for Flame 3/4/5/6 as it is available at 2999 now. Just use it as a hotspot.

So only i said that you call them & find out about the stock instead of visiting, i did the same & they asked whether i was seriously interested in buying mobile… I said yes & they asked me to come the next day. Otherwise just buy 2999 flame mobile.
I don’t think you can activate even if you have a spare sim as it requires verification from both store end & your tele verification call.
