How could you say you are receiving Apple macbook? I have also ordered one and i have talked to their CC, they are saying that, “you will be receiving Apple MacBook”, Though i dont believe them as i think that CC dont have full knowledge about the case.

Same case here. Talked to their CC they told that i will be receving the Apple brand. They said to open the package and once confirmed take the delivery.

Even fir me they keep on saying it is a macbook but i received a message saying hp laptop is dispatched.
I enquired and they told that it is an macbook not an hp laptop.

Should i take the delivery or not.?

Whom should we call when the delivery boy comes.?

Guys, all the orders that were shipped are of hp laptops and they agreed to compensate by giving 1000 for this error, but you got be ruthless on them, only then you will receive the compensation.

It is in the form of a gift card and i told them i would never return back to amazon if they do not take this issue seriously. And then i also told that flipkart is better than you in this aspect.
They then agreed to issue a gift card.!

I just spoke to their customer service over chat and after a lot of pestering they agreed to give the gift card

They told me that you will receive apple macbook air only
