My order cancelled stating damaged in transit. Had a chat with CC they are saying we can only issue refund. We would have provided replacement but item is Oos. Anything else can be done?

Please read my 12th or 13th post about how they stood by me for a seller issue. I just had to send them a mail once and they took care of everything. First they requested a replacement/refund request and the seller denied. After that they themselves raised a claim and processed it too.
