This shitty MIUI 7.2.5 update screwed up the calling feature. Go to the MIUI security app and check if the location permission is on for grofers. It happened with me too on my iPhone and I was unable to see most of the stores, I gave permission and now all stores are back.

and paint coming off from the top plastic bezel not sure if this is the same with grey/gold versions

I am not a fan of the PM game either. I just wanted to help the actual people who genuinely wanted the phone. Intentionally avoided posting openly as i knew it’d only help the resellers and touts buy stock.

Frnds need our help in taking decision. I ordered for dark grey but recd silver. Invoice as well as box have dark grey colour mentioned and imei no mentioned on box, are same as coming in phone (*#06#).
I think if I opt to sale out or go for warranty claim , there will be problem because of different color.
Also I believe grey is better than silver. Pls give your opinions. Also post few pictures of grey color phone back.

Raise a return request and ask for replacement. I don’t see what’s stopping you here.

Finally got the Reliance CDMA SIM cut to nano and inserted as a second SIM. It latches instantly. But data not working. The MEID shows 00000000. Tried inserting the SIM in slot 1. Didnt work.

Idea works perfectly fine and connects to 3G.

I havent upgraded the MIUI at all as many people have reported that CDMA stops working after that and many people have reported malfunctioning.

Please help if you are able to get CDMA data. Else, I will wait for the Reliance 4G.

I have been using reliance sim in slot 1 and Airtel 3g in slot 2, both work fine without issues. I do not use data on CDMA as i have data plan on Airtel. But have not faced any issues in CDMA network or calls, working great even on latest update.

yes, as at my place, reliance coverage is not good, they have network issues. Use reliance mainly for roaming and travel.

The recent batches are having MIUI version 7.1.8.0 or more out of the box
