What is NeuCard Refer & earn?
Under the NeuCard Refer and earn, the existing Tata Neu
HDFC Bank Credit card holders (known as 'referrer') can refer
their friends & family to apply for NeuCard & earn 500
NeuCoins (1 NeuCoin = ₹1) within 90 days from the date of
successful card issuance of the referee effective from 1st Sept
2023.
Note: We will credit Rs 500 in your bigbasket wallet for each
successful referral completed before 1st Sept 2023

I applied for neucard through third party and got approved 2 days back. But I am unable to see details of card on Tata neu app.
It is not expired, the reward is now changed to neucoins. Before it was bigbasket voucher.
Seems like they're rejecting willy nilly. Referred two people (both with existing hdfc cards) and both rejected after video kyc. Mailed PNO and they're asking for random documents to be physically mailed to their Chennai address.
