If it’s a new Rupay Card then for doing online transactions using Rupay card issued by PNB you have to first register your card first. Contact CC of PNB.

Tried on other connections as well. But getting same error even though I’ve not used it on fc before. And card is working perfectly fine on other websites.

My new SBI Rupay card failing on 1st use when trying to add money on FC, tried 1st use on SD too there too it failed…How will I register my Rupay Debit card for online purchases if it fails the very first time itself?.

Just insert the card ones in ATM,if that’s a chip card ,afterall all newly issuing cards must have chips,then the card will be activated.

Thanks it worked using other internet. Looks like there is problem with Jio because one CB app was not opening using Jio but it worked with other internet.

After 3 days suddenly work now. I got 50/ instant with 250/ adding.
