yes,it works for MNP numbers,worked for me,MTNL to vodafone now

For a recharge of 1000, it’s chargin $20.3 which will be equivalent to around Rs.1232 approximately. So after discount it will come to around Rs.924.

So it’s just 8.8% discount on recharge

SEPTEMBER code is 255. So least you must get 50% off. Be sure of that.
