received this mail also…for payment failed

Thank you for contacting us,

The transaction made on (DATE OF PAYMENT) to the number +91893XXXXX failed and you have to place a claim with your bank for the transaction ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

The reason why the payment failed is because you have used the same credit card in more than 2 Sendly/Rebtel accounts, and for security reasons it can’t be used with a third. Please use another card.

You can support your claim with the bank by showing them the screenshot I enclose, where it´s stated that the payment was “Cancelled”.

This is outside Sendly´s control and how fast you will get your money back depends 100% on your Bank´s policies.

Mine still @ 85%….tried to recharge with 1000 in the afternoon with paypal, but failed…:(

Now 35%…they took back SUMMER2014 and EID14 as well…:evil: …

So better recharge when discount is over 60%….

They have clarified in the email that they will give discount upto 90%.

Which service provider? For Airtel it is not showing rather the max recharge option is 300 Rs.

just now got msg from axis bank that debited 98.82rs. detail pur/rebtel/luxembourg

i didn’t try to recharge currently…. i tried to recharge from this axis bank card 2 days back ( at that time , money deducted & transection was failed ) , later on used paypal 2nd option & paid through same axis card…. ( paypal debited 62rs. for 1st time transection & which they haven’t refund till now )

now what to do !!!!

this bloody rebtel using my card detail & debiting amount without my knowledge

any1 facing same problem ???

Did you use your friends/others phone to recharge? Once the card is entered they can use it anytime.

Maybe they recharged using your card? First confirm that.

If not, they’ll refund it for sure if transaction didnt go through but still its illegal to use card without the users consent.

Contact sendly support and see what they’ll reply with. Please keep us updated with the same

Anyone knows solution to error “Error in communication, check internet connection” ….using blue-stacks and facing error while logging in to existing accounts.

Tried uninstall and re-install Sendly app but still same.

First check with the bank, most probably they sent second message for same transaction… Check your transaction details and then write to rebtel with all details… I had the same problem, thought the same thing but checked with bank first… This happened in June…

Well if you enter credit/debit card details & click next page page to “pay now” button, Paypay automatically debit rs 60 to 64, even if you click the cancel link :|

i doubt. I have done many transections previously & that too on sunday but seeing such thing 1st time.

My first reply here. He is right, any transaction that is done on Sunday or holidays reflects date of next working day in statement. Like today is Sept 1 and if there was a holiday today or say next 3 days till Wednesday, all transactions done on 1-2-3 will have date as Sept 4. All banks have same criteria as payment is adjusted on working days though it deducts immediately. There are two dates actually shown in your detailed statement one is transaction date another is processing or value date. So don’t worry it’s not a blunder but way of systems.

Don’t worry bro. The $1 fee deducted by Paypal is for verification of card and Paypal deducts it to confirm that card added has enough balance and it will be reversed by bank itself in 3-5 working days. Paypal reverse it instantly but bank takes time to credit it. As far as your deduction of Rs.98 something is concerned you need to contact bank to get its refund. Lodge a complaint with bank that this was a failed transaction. They will check and reverse the amount in 72 hrs. Moreover this will come back automatically in 72 hrs if this was wrongly deducted. Of not, put up a complaint with customer care at 1800 103 5577 (Toll Free).

please clearify experieced dimer because i reached at 85 percent discount but hesitate to use this
because negative reveiw about transaction failed ant recharge not done because i have hdfc and sbi vcc.
