never got a cashback,, I think it is worst offer ever.. instant discount is far good than this offer, everytime you have to call customer care for cashback,, sometimes they answered or sometimes they not..

Yes i too feel the same way. If it was said it would be credited by 31st August it should hv been posted by 31st August. They are new in this (their app is managed by wimbo). As per what the cc told me they thought that when they post the cashback on 31st August it will reflect the same day but it doesn’t and now it will take 5-7 days. You can call cc. There is a dedicated helpline for payzapp.
BTW HDFC is late in cashback but never faced an issue of nont receiving cashback.

Its mentioned in the app that valid on recharge and bill payment, not specifically on mobile recharge only.
Option of DTH recharge is also available in the Payzapp app, so I think you will get cashback.

you will not get cashbacks ever. hdfc is another chor company they did not gave yet.

Many times HDFC won’t give promised CASHBACK automatically (even in other websites). But when we call them up and remind about it., we will definitely get it.

So if somebody bought something for HDFC cashback offer and forgot about it., then he will be in loss. Only the guy who calls up will get cashback. But the ones who calls them up will definitely get it
