1. The Cashback amount shall be 50% of the recharge transaction amount
2. Cashback is subject to maximum of INR 100 (Rupees Hundred Only) per transaction.

Really dont understand whats happening. Seeing lot of failed transactions. D2H payments not reflected. Dont know how many postpaid payments actually reflected. Had done payments from 4 different account. Now will have to reconcile all transactions. Such a pain!!!

I just tried to reconcile one of my accts and got a headache. Their statements are useless. Two transactions, one money sent to another account and another revcd, are missing from their transaction history.

I did 8 txns from an account and it is showing 7 of them as failed although i received all the recharges / bill payments 
But i hv asked them for refunds only

Made appx 10 transactions on single device, every cash back came in 24 hrs…. Nothing Failed even once. Transferred to Bank, Thank you op for the deal, uninstalling the app.

Info Regarding Blocked Account
Those accounts which have been blocked should forget their accounts either they had money or not. You wont be able to login again. Shmart is not going to unblock those accounts. I created 20 accounts and out of them 8 had been blocked by them and they contained 500 cashback balance. Luckily out of those 12 which were not blocked, I managed to transfer 500X12 to my bank. In every account, I recharged different mobile/postpaid/dth. I mailed and called them and asked to unblock but they simply denied even after 15 minutes of request. When I created accounts and did transactions, Android ID, Ad ID, DeviceID etc. was set different yet they somehow got to know about the device. I am confused why first 12 were not blocked and why rest 8 were blocked by them although they all were created using BS. I am pledging one thing today that whatever company comes now even with 2000 cashback on 1000, I wont misuse it. Shmart really trapped many as they didn’t blocked account first and blocked only after transactions.
But whatever we say, this offer was awesome. Those who used it genuinely really got the benefit. In some of my accounts, cashback was provided very next day

offer is over now. T&C were changed on 9th. Before that it was per day. Got for 5 transactions done on 5th and for 5 on 9th.
