How to avail the offer:
1. Go through the regular shopping flow on the mobile app or website of Shopclues.
2. On the Payment Page, choose Cash Cards/Wallets => Citrus Cash and proceed to
payment.
3. Pay using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking / Citrus Cash account.
4. Fill in the rest of your details as mentioned on payment page to proceed with
transaction completion.
How to activate your offer:
1. An SMS/email will be sent to eligible customers once the cash back is credited along
with a link to download the Citrus Cash app. User has to sign up using the same
email id and mobile number used at the time of payment.
2. For existing Citrus Cash users, the cash back will be transferred in their Citrus Cash
account.
3. The cashback would be credited within 3 working days.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Offer is applicable only when an order is placed successfully from the website or the

7. The cash back shall be credited to the Citrus Cash account of the eligible customer 3
days after making the transaction and confirmation by Shopclues. The customer will
also receive an SMS about the cash back credit.
8. Citrus Pay shall be solely responsible for the cashback offer. For any clarifications,
the Citrus Cash user can send an e-mail to [email protected]. In case of
any disputes, Citrus’s decision shall be final.
9. Users shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu
of the offer being availed.
10. Clues Network Ltd. & Citrus reserve the right at any time without prior notice to add,
alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this

the current cc is not a great, sometime they won’t be even aware of offer
sc cc will be already fed up with complaints. they will have to recruit new cc ..and they wont do it. 
So I will be shopping non SFM products as well as GC. I called Citrus and confirmed offer. they said All tnc mentioned in SC site .
Last time citrus cheated with one cb offer as i paid from bank using citrus gateway. they said we should use citrus wallet bal, which is already loaded.
