i got some old sony headphones i thought of giving that if i receive fake or low model.

when i saw reviews till 2 months back all reviews saying new sellers with different names selling fake headphones.

New seller and may be same seller opened account with different name.

Anyone got genuine product??

flipkart is refusing for replacement. they are forcing for return. and take back ur money.lot of argument with flipkart. they called me 7 times for this. but I said I need replacement. but still they are not agree.

I got many calls from the social media team but not from any other. I don’t even know what you said CEO escalation team. But they are not replacing so I moved the matter to court as I got a guy. What’s your status?

As per consumer law we have to send them written letter and have to give some time before filing case .

Also CEO Escalation Team told me to wait for more 24 hours but as of now no promise regarding replacement.

The photo taken just for validating product with Sony to check its fake or not.
