I am in consumer court. Will see.. They are not offering replacements. I got some lawyer friends and they are sorting it out.
Have you got any call from Escalation team CEO Escalation Team

I got many calls from the social media team but not from any other. I don’t even know what you said CEO escalation team. But they are not replacing so I moved the matter to court as I got a guy. What’s your status?
Well I am also forcing them for replacement. Same issue I had faced with support team. Today I had discussions with support team with legal act, section & clauses. And then he forwarded matter to CEO Escalation Team.
I got call from them for asking images of product. I have unboxing video also.

As per consumer law we have to send them written letter and have to give some time before filing case .

Also CEO Escalation Team told me to wait for more 24 hours but as of now no promise regarding replacement.

The photo taken just for validating product with Sony to check its fake or not.

Ravi got call from Flipkart CEO Escalation Team just before 5 min, he was saying me that he will initiate refund. Again I had rejected. He told me seller is not able to provide you same product. I told its not my issue I want replacement. He told we will try to provide you replacement and will inform you on or before Monday.
But its not confirm. I told him to send mail.

That email I got before 3 days back and once you will reject this option they will not reply you and if you will send email then ticket will be automatically marked as Resolve in there system. If you will call them and ask then status they will say we have tried to call you on some time but you are not reachable.

With the fake product selling case I put some more legal offense which worked out and case is escalated to CEO Escalation team.

I have sufficient proof to prove that extra offenses and Flipkart very will know that they will be fined for 10 Lakhs under Indian Consumer Law.
