they are sending personalized coupons for those who have pre-registered with them and have not been able to place the order.. you need to email them if you fall under that category.. they will take a couple of days to send the coupon. its a flat 500 off coupon but not valid on westside apparel brands.. hope this answers your question.

Had bought a callmate 10400 mah power bank and it came directly from callmate company. But i think the rouges sent a refurbished piece in a worn out box. Thought it was a reputed company but disappointed. The mini-usb charging port also is making a clicking sound(port is going a little inside) when a cable is inserted; not durable at all. I’m pretty sure that this is a refurbished piece.

I’d suggest people to stay away from callmate. I didn’t return it since I purchased it for 220rs

May i know the name of this model?
