Udio was fun. They forgot to take back 5% credits so that did not pain much. This is like lost in space.

I have make the payment by qrcode on 9th July , My money is deducted from axis bank but not transfer to tata sky, still waiting for refund

I did twice for 400 and got 200 cashback each time.
Same icici pocket account & same tsky account. last was on 11 July.

I did a recharge of 400 yesterday n got 200 cb today via sbi anywhere..

I too did a recharge via PayZapp on 16th evening, received cb on 17th by afternoon..

Did 2 more txn today (18th), will keep posted if I get cashback tomorrow..

Refunds will be processed by this week. Have patience. The maximum time limit for mVISA refunds is 35 days.

As it is a new mode of payment launched recently by some banks in association with VISA, problems are bound to surface. mVISA is still under beta phase.

Refunds awaited from Payzapp & Pockets till now….. 6Days passed

I spoke with cc yesterday. She said “if you see the offer visible when you click the home button then you can pay the amount and cb will be credited. So I have done the payment yesterday and today. Got cb for yesterday’s also. Hope this helps”

Received both cashback on 18th evening..

Just an update – I did two transaction using Payzaap and both got processed with out any refund or recharge happening.
Called up Tatasky, no response from them – raised tickets but not able to find where the money is. Called up Payzapp, they asked to call HDFC and asked to raise a dispute. Raising dispute for both transactions now and it may take around 90-120 days to get the money refund back

Don’t worry bro. mVISA failed txn are automatically reversed. Max. time is 35 days but it will come in 15 working days. May I know txn date? As I told earlier mVISA is in beta phase and banks are testing it so refund can take some time but soon refund process wiill be made quick.

Thanks for the information.. but HDFC is saying transaction is not failed. I have done another transaction to actfibernet, verified that the information showing is my account details and then paid.. that too is still not reflecting. HDFC says all these 3 transactions are successful as Merchant have not mentioned as failed transaction. Only way to get back the money is using dispute option.

Those people whose txns for Tata Sky recharge using mVISA had failed check their respective accounts as refund has been processed today. None of my txn failed but my friend had 2 failed txn. He let me know about the same. He did txn on July 14 and 15 using PayZapp.

Check your SBI/ICICI/Axis also and share here so that I can help out others.

I also not receive my money till now complained tata sky regarding this but no help txn date 10 July using pocket

Tried 3 times on 9july thr pockets. All failed. No refund yet.

Call your respective bank and raise complaint. My friend raised disputed txn request on 19th and got it refunded in 3 days.

Tata Sky won’t do anything and your refund will be delayed for 35 days.
