Amazon transportation services is not as it was before.They are taking now too long time to deliver .earlier they take max 3 days to deliver at my home but now they are taking min 6 days.My product is kept at destination city from 4 days but they are not delivering.

Anyone facing issue using new card ordered last month ?
I had ordered 3 months back, 5k card, registered user on Edenred website, added card there, used card after 2 days, no issues faced.
Now card received last month, I am trying to add to my same Edenred user account (using Link more cards option) with correct Registration code – it throws error – “This card cannot be linked”.
Already mailed to their Assist email-ID, 6 days, no response, anyone faced similar issue or can help please….

The I’d is different for each card. I have received multil cards and have to register against new user id every time and it works fine. So create a separate user Id instead of linking with existing and go ahead and use it.

Agree with you. Amazon service has deteriorated over the last few months

Login to your Edenred Account and go to profile section. If your Email ID and Phone Number are shown there, your card should be working, if those fields are blank, you just need to wait.

You should mail them if they don’t update the phone no and email id within couple of days. Even I registered on 5th morning and they had activated it within 5 hours.

Payment fails for me when I use this card for payment on Citrus.. What could be the issue? Even on SBI buddy.. Pockets works fine..
