I didn’t find any option in all navigation menu options in Uber logged in account.
In my phone , I have added paytm wallet and now when i go to payment and tap on paytm wallet to add money it crashes. Its such a buggy app. I am using LG Optimus G

Done adding Rs.100 to PayTM wallet through Uber app. Now waiting for the Rs.500 promo code to be applied in the account which takes about 24 hours.

Check the desktop site riders.uber.com. Go to Payments section and there you will find the Promotions applied to your account.

It says, you also need to add some money to PayTM wallet through the Uber app and also to wait for 24 hours for the promotion to appear in your account.

The app got updated only this morning for me. Had linked PayTM wallet yesterday and also did a 100 bucks transfer – the funny thing was that the 100 bucks was in PayTM wallet (I thought it transfers to Uber when you add) and now I have shopped for Rs 100 already.
Uber Customer Service is pathetically bad atleast in Bengaluru – my account got blocked since my CC got re-issued. Took 5 days after 4 tweets, 7 e-mails to get it unblocked again for use
