i am having 1 free ride in my account.and i filled my paytm with 200rs.now then i took my ride.but my paytm money was deducted. i dont know why they consider my free ride any one help me pls

is it valid for all uses (old & new)?

Yes you would have to use the referral promocode at the time of signing up. Anyway, you can still use the free rides. But you need to deposit at least 200 rupees in paytm wallet to take a ride.

Just took a ride and the promo didn’t apply to the ride even though it’s there in the account

dont do that they will block your device. u will never able to use that device with any id i use to do that but they block my device now
