citrus refunded money back to tickets when I transfer it to bank.

That might be because of transfer failure. I have transferred and has worked like a charm.

Don’t know if it even matters by name on my citrus account and bank account are same. Not sure if they are flagging it.

1. If it is a working day they activate the card on the same day (they don’t work on saturday)
2. After activation you just need to signup once using your first card and can later add all your cards (unlike ticket compliments who made me to open lots of accounts)
3. Card doesn’t work on payzapp, pockets, DBS but worked on freecharge (I can wait for 7 days to transfer to bank). Maybe will trying using it on citrus udio when I get my next batch of cards and I guess should work without any issues.
4. They would dispatch on the second day after you order and it took 4 days to reach me through DTDC (Mumbai to Bangalore through DTDC liteexpress)

Even I am surprised with the payzapp thing. Maybe they are identifying gift cards specifically or maybe it was an one time network issue (will check again tmrw)? Payzapp has stopped accepting VCCs also I guess (if I remember correctly I had used SBI VCC couple of months back).

Is anyone able to track this sh**t?
It seems they have only allocated the courier no but the courier didn’t leave the company facility yet. These people are taking the revenge of 3% discount by blocking the money for longer.

Reproducing my earlier post

Simple process

1- register the card at below link

2- While registering if your card shows- not active- wait for 1 or 2 days and try again. If still not active call edenred customer care/GCI in this caase

3- Once registered wait for at least 1 working day.

4- Next day, log in to card account in edenred website and go to profile section. If the mobile number and email id ( as punched by you while registering the card) are visible , then your card is ready for online purchasing.

5- While doing first online transaction it will ask for generation of 2nd level password. Generate the same and use the same password in all future transactions

6- Some time while transacting online , payment may fail ( mobile/email mismatch etc) . Do not worry and try again ( some time may be 2-3 times but this is rare)

Above is based on my personal experience

Edenred i know the activation process. But here we need to register in gift cards india also. While registering in GCI please enter your reference no with month and year included.Its just below the Bar Code in the page attached to the card.

Thanks mate.. i was asking the activation in GCI website. Its saying it will take upto 5 business days. Activated it in GCI. Lets wait and see now

Thanks that worked. Stupid activation page is telling to just enter application reference number.

At Giftcardsindia I am getting error order id and mobile no doesnt match though I have mentioned correct details. It also asks for some application ref no

Just got the resolution.
1)You have to first visit the site http://activation.giftcardsin...in
2)Then select option giftcardsindia from the drop down list. Mention the application ref no ( a 6 digit no mentioned on the letter received on which the Tickets compliment card is sticked to. The catch is you have to mention the application ref no followed by card expiry date
For ex if the ref no is 123456 and expiry date is 07/2017 then you have to mention 1234560717 in the Application ref no ( Card No ) box.
3) Mention your 5 digit order id.and mobile no which you had provided at time of placing the order
4) Clcik on submit. You will get details of the card linked to that order id. Select option to activate the card. You will get OTP on the no registered. Mention the OTP and submit. It WILL TAKE 5 WORKING DAYS TO GET THE CARDS ACTIVATED AT GIFTCARDSINDIA.
I EXPECT AFTER THEY GET ACTIVATED FROM GIFTCARDS INDIA AGAIN YOU NEED TO ACTIVATE THEM AT EDENRED!!

Once you follow steps 1 to 5, you will get to see all cards from the same order. You need to activate each card separately by generating otp and entering it against each card. Please note you need not follow steps 1 to 5 each time to reach to page of generation of OTP.

Follow that process once and you can activate all at once. However it will ask for separate otp for each card.
