Amazon has tied up with DD

i talked to amazon cc, they said there is no such tieup between desidime and amazon. if there would have been any such tieup, it would have been listed on amazon.in website. he asked me how desidime will track that after clicking the link, somebody has placed an order?
he also said that if i dont get caskback, i need to contact dd for all disputes since this is not an amazon.in offer.
