have not recvd cashbakc even after 12 days, already mailed them, called them with no good response.

I had emailed them and logged a ticket. No response yet.
I have not received cash back as cluebucks so far after 15 days of delivery of the product. Thinking of filing suit in civil court after giving them notice.

My cod order was complete on Sep 1st snd now its 15 days past but no sign of clue bucks. Raised a ticket got the template format that cb will be credited in 10 working days then I called cc twice and they said they hve escalated the issue on priority and to wait for 48 hours for update. WTF 
chorclues hve showed their true colors. So dimers don’t trust this chorclues. Plz help urgent and suggest what to do further to get cb ?

UPDATE: GOT CLUEBUCKS TODAY. after raising ticket and calling them twice. What a relief. 
I will stay away from chorclues. Don’t want this headache.

At last got it.
Guys one of my order was cancelled from a group of 4 orders.
Previously sum was exceeding 700/-, but now it’s around 600 after the cancellation of one order by seller.
Shopclues support team is saying that the order is not eligible for offer.
I have explained everything to them, that such thing was not mentioned in “Independence day offer” terms.
And they should provide cluesbuck for 600, not the complete 700.
Waiting for their reply.
Anyone else has faced this issue?
If yes, then please share with me.
