Guys beware. In case your order has some problem, Snapdeal has the worst customer care. No email responses, and on phone or social media, they have canned responses like we will get back and work on your complaint on priority etc. at other sites, it seems at least they follow up and tell you status of resolution but snapdeal is almost like Paytm now. CC don’t have a clue about your complaints, their only job is to apologize.
Any senior member who are not using his/her Amex, let me use it, can use mine citi / some cash benefit. Pm.
