4. Maximum discount upto Rs.1000.
5. Vouchers valid for Minimum 180 days.
6. Vouchers valid Pan India.
7. No minimum and maximum limit is needed while ordering to avail the offer however Cash on delivery feature is valid only on order value upto INR 50000/- for larger transactions a customer can use online payment option via PayU.
8. No shipping cost would be charged. Actual delivery of vouchers/cards will be within a week from the time of placing the order.

If you introduced a new code BigBash20 and your intention was to only provide a maximum discount of 200, you should have changed that condition instead of copy-pasting the old T&Cs as it is! This has been my point of contention since the beginning. I hope you own up to this slip-up and ensure that such things do not happen again to avoid unnecessary confusion/disappointment.

You are making it worse by trying to deny your mistake instead of owning up to it. If you are trying to hide behind the 2nd last condition, i.e. “valid till stocks last”, you should know that then the deal should have stopped working altogether! But that was not the case. The code BigBash20 was working but it was giving only 200 off instead of the promised 1000.

Sorry wasn’t a slip up. Wasn’t a mistake. Neither am I trying to cover up.
It was a clear in the description, I had given a heads up.
I shop from different brands myself and they give a certain offer till they have the stock for that offer.

Not sure if you are an official employee of UMV or a third party hired to do social media. But can you stop arguing and pass this feedback to the appropriate people/team at UMV so such things don’t get repeated?
