after more blasting feedback to yebhi,I said to him, i will go to Consumer court ,because i have full proof and send many mail.Next day Mr. Kaushik said to me you are one of lucky which LED would dispatch and after 12 hours my order dispatched through DTDC ,when i received this then surly i post led pic here.

I just spoke to CC and they told me they couldn’t procure even a single unit. They said Videocon were unable to supply the product at the price displayed on Yebhi website. So, I doubt you will receive your order.

I ordered on COD!!!

I prepaid for 40 inch LED. I have neither got any GV nor have I heard about refund. Also, my Order does not display in Account. So, it is surely cancelled.

What I fail to understand is if someone makes a mistake (as each one of us do at least once in our lifetime) and posts a wrong price, gets under pressure as they couldn’t honor the deal, but are sending out GVs and refunding, ‘chor’ kaise ban gaye yaar? I’m not taking anyone’s side here, but I feel bad for Yebhi CC. To err is human, and one or two people would’ve screwed up with the price for which the whole team of Yebhi is blamed.

Just my 2 dimes because I was one of the lucky ones who scored the legendary Apple iPad deal from Yebhi (that too on COD).

I think the main issue has been the order cancellation from the account without intimation which is completely unprofessional and unethical. On all other matters, Yebhi can’t be at fault I feel. The GV is a goodwill gesture which they are doing to retain faith of their customers on their website.

I missed this deal but for me, Yebhi has been good with deliveries of all items. Having said that, however, I won’t shop with them if they do this type of nonsense of order deletion. This completely infringes my rights as a consumer and doesn’t leave me with any recourse in case of a dispute. They have to seriously address this thing.

To err is human and very understandable but at the same time all they could have done was sent a apology emails along with GVs (if any) stating it was a pricing error, it is absolutely unacceptable and unethical on their part to remove the orders from customers account be it prepaid or COD’s, no one with good intent would do so, what they should and must must have done is let the order remain in the accounts and cancel them then removing it, they are them selves responsible for the mess they created and liable to such public outrage and abuses, just my view.

I still would say removing orders (specially prepaid) is nothing but cheating at the onset.

They can cancel any order anytime. But one should not charge the cards unless they ship the product. I know it is true with any other retailer in India. You will have a burden when large amount get stuck with them, and the credit comes in the next billing cycle.
Second, they were giving wrong reasons for canceling instead of giving the correct one. Third, for example, I called them up to inquire on the mobile phones if it was pricing error, the csr rejected saying it was not, not even allowed me to talk to his supervisor saying pricing was correct. They cancelled my order saying it is oos, but they are selling them at higher price now, when I pointed this, they said it is oos when I was placing the order.

And like others said, removing orders from the order history is unethical. Of course there are many unethical people/companies in India, another example, letsbuy, which brought down entire website without access to order history, and they have to refund for many orders for many people.

Like I had said in my earlier posts, they could have put a “canceled” status instead of deleting the order from customer account. I blasted them for a whole half an hour for the blunder they did. No matter how good company Yebhi is, you just cannot delete an confirmed order placed by a customer.
