Maximum 3 gift cards can be used at a time. You have to apply gift card in the coupon box. You cannot use any coupons if you are paying by gift card. If you are paying the whole amount using gift card then you don`t need to pay convenience fee.

Where do you select gift card option in cleartrip site?

I booked 3 flights from cleartrip website

For the last 2 hours, me and my friends are trying to book the flight thru the gift card. Though it accepts the gift card, the final page keeps saying" Something snapped. Please try again."

Customer care is useless.

I was speaking with my friend who used cleartrip for his recent bookings. He said the payment page even through credit cards had lots of issues and he had to try 6-7 times before confirming the booking.

But, mine is a very complex one requiring 8 tickets to be booked individually to avoid maximum benefit.

But, I could not book even one.

When I entered the gift card, it validates and says 4000 successfully added. It takes me to the final step with just Make Payment button where it fails.

I tried 3 different laptops with different net connections and 3 different accounts. But, same result.

Probably, the problem should be something to do with that flight (Hyderabad to Varanasi) or route.

Flight fares might be increased or decreased ..
Check flight fare on spicejet website first

Flight Fare is same in other sites too including spice jet. Will give a try tomorrow one more time.
